You will begin receiving emails when a rent-to-own home becomes available. If you see one that interests you, let us know and we can set up a showing. If not, simply delete the email.

Once you have found a home that you like, we will pass your information on to our mortgage broker and they will let us know how long it will take to get you qualified. We will then set the term of the rent-to-own period to how long it is going to take. You will be able to live in the home and build equity until you can qualify!
